Our family has been absolutely obsessed with these chocolate fat bombs. They are so easy to quickly whip together and are SO GOOD. It is a mix between fudge and brownie bites.

They are entirely flourless and the perfect combination of sweet and satisfying. How can you go wrong with that?!

If this Chocolate Covered Bacon is any evidence of sweet and satisfying.. these Keto Fat Bombs are right up our alley.

Making your own powdered sweetener for these chocolate fat bombs.

Did you know you can turn any of your favorite granular sweeteners into powdered versions? Just simply pulse your granular sweetener in the blender!

It’s something our family has been doing for a while. It’s more economical from our experience and more often then not we’ve got granular erythritol sitting in the cabinet but not powdered erythritol like swerve.

You want to make sure your blender is entirely dry. No leftover moisture from a previous wash. If there is any moisture leftover it will make turning into a powder extremely difficult.

I’ve also only tried this with our blendtec blenderÂ(aff link) so can’t say that it works for all lower powered blenders.. I don’t see why it wouldn’t work though, you just might have to pulse it longer for the powdered sweetener results.

Now I haven’t tried this with a granular sweetener as I personally like to avoid the grittiness of sweeteners. I find that most low carb sweeteners tend to be a bit more gritty in texture compared to traditional sugar so I really appreciate the ease of making powdered low carb sweeteners for that reason, kind of like what we did in our Keto Cookie Dough recipe.

HOW MANY NET CARBS FOR OUR Keto Chocolate Fat Bombs

2.2 Net Carbs per serving.ÂÂThere are 48 grams of sugar alcohols in this entire recipe, making about 10 fat bombs there will be 4.8g of sugar alcohol per fat bomb. The Net Carbs per fat bomb is by subtracting the sugar alcohol from the carbs.

If you are new to this Low Carb/Keto lifestyle and are unsure what we are talking about please feel free toÂread up more on Net Carbs and why people do or don’t subtract sugar alcohols.

If you’d like to use another form of sugar alcohol be sure to check out ourÂlow carb sweetener conversion chart.

My family does subtract the sugar alcohols and I’ll continue toÂprovide that sugar alcohol grams above the nutrition cardÂbelow and you can decide for yourself if you want to follow that. 🙂

These little bites of chocolate heaven will surely become your favorites too! We love our low carb chocolate recipe but these chocolate fat bombs have actually currently replaced that recipe to curb our chocolate cravings! So unbelievable satisfying. Enjoy!

I melted the butter like the recipe says, added all ingredients except water and it is so sticky it won’t roll, not forming a ball at all. I modern if I should have just softened the butter..

I found that for the ingredients to come together was easier with it melted BUT by the time I was finished the butter was cooler and hardened up quite a bit to form the balls. If the mixture is still warm to the touch just pop it into the fridge and allow the mixture (butter) to firm up a bit before rolling into the balls.

Way too much sea salt for me. I’ll use even less next time. I had to add double the stevia for sweetness. Not sure how they’ll taste after they sit in fridge. Will give them a try though. Had to add 1/8 cup of water to even get them to stick.

No worries! Yes we don’t have a way to add sugar alcohols to the nutrition label so we’ve got to add it separately and it will always be above the nutrition label in the recipe notes.. We don’t want to subtract the sugar alcohols from the carbs automatically as some don’t react to sugar alcohols and have partial spikes with diabetes so to us it’s important to clearly label the best we can so we can help with all the reasons to be on this diet. 🙂

I can’t quite get it sweet enough! I used the powered sweetener and had to keep adding. I even ended up using liquid stevia drops and it’s not working yet. I want to make these work!

I’m going to let them sit a bit in the fridge, sometimes that helps.

If you are use to super sweet then these may be an adjustment. I would equate these to a dark chocolate. More chocolate flavor than sweetness. Let us know if sitting in the fridge helps? Perhaps with it being cold?

Delicious, like fudge. Easy to make.
    I needed to use more than a dash of water… a 1/4 C.
