How to make these dried apple chips
- Slice apples with mandolin or knife into chip-like slices. Each apple will make 6-7 spices. Be sure to remove the stems and seeds. Then, use non-stick cooking spray to coat your air fryer basket.
- Place the apple slices in a mixing bowl, or spread them out on a cutting board and drizzle with coconut oil. Sprinkle with seasoning.
- Place 7-8 apple slices in a single layer in your air fryer basket at a time.
- Heat your air fryer to 375 degrees F. Cook for 5 minutes, then flip the apples over. Cook again for another 5 minutes.
- For a crispier apple, flip each side again and cook for 3 minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 Medium Red Delicious Apples
- ½ Tbsp Nutmeg
- ½ Tbsp Cinnamon
- ½ Tbsp Coconut oil Optional
- any Amount Non stick cooking spray to coat air fryer basket (optional but helpful)
Instructions
Slice the apples with a mandolin or with a knife into chip like slices
Each apple should make 6 or 7 slices
Remove the stems and seeds
Place apple slices in a mixing bowl or spread out on a cutting board and drizzle with coconut oil (optional) and sprinkle with seasoning
Use the non stick cooking spray to coat the air fryer basket
Place 7 to 8 apple slices in single layer in air fryer basket at a time
Heat air fryer to 375 degrees F
Cook for 5 minutes then flip apples over
Cook again for another 5 minutes
If you want them a little crispier, flip each side again and cook for 3 minutes
